The Role
We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust software applications that drive our business forward. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure code quality across the team.
- Contribute to the technical architecture and design of our cloud-based solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote team.
