- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Testing: Implement rigorous testing strategies to ensure code reliability and security.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes across environments.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise technical documentation for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
