- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and compliance (HIPAA/GDPR)
- Optimize system performance through capacity planning and automation (Ansible/Terraform)
- Manage backup/disaster recovery systems and incident response protocols
- Document IT infrastructure and provide technical mentorship to junior staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Active Directory administration
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and automation experience
- Industry certifications (CompTIA, AWS/Azure, CISSP) preferred
