Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail platforms
- Collaborate with development teams to implement root-cause solutions
- Design test plans and strategies for new feature releases
- Perform regression testing and performance analysis
- Maintain test documentation and quality standards
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking methodologies (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks
- Experience with SQL for data validation and test data management
- Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
