Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompt engineering strategies for enterprise-scale LLM applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI Researchers, Data Scientists, Product Managers) to define prompt requirements
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations using quantitative metrics
- Create documentation and playbooks for prompt engineering best practices
- Research and integrate emerging prompt engineering techniques (Chain-of-Thought, ReAct, etc.)
- Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt optimization methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused ML development
- Proven portfolio of successful prompt optimization projects (GitHub/LinkedIn required)
- Expertise with GPT-3.5/4, Claude, or equivalent LLM APIs
- Strong Python programming skills with libraries like LangChain or LlamaIndex
