Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases to identify bugs and usability issues
- Document defects with detailed steps using JIRA and collaborate with developers for timely resolution
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications across multiple platforms
- Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data for new features
- Conduct smoke tests and sanity checks to validate build stability
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to product teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure quality is integrated throughout development cycles
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and SQL basics
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience testing web applications, mobile apps, and API endpoints
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
