Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Document detailed bug reports using JIRA and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution
- Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data for web and mobile applications
- Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in Agile/Scrum environments
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality and user experience
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to align with team goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages (Python/JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, bug tracking systems, and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with SQL databases and API testing (Postman, RestAssured) is highly desirable
