Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases to identify bugs and usability issues
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce, document, and resolve defects with precision
- Design and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test data
- Perform regression testing on web/mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices
- Analyze test results and provide actionable reports to stakeholders
- Participate in agile ceremonies to align on quality metrics and priorities
- Champion best practices in quality assurance and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and logical thinking
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience preferred
- CSM or ISTQB certification a plus
