Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems across client environments
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, email, and remote access
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory using ServiceNow
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security protocols and updates
- Conduct routine system backups, patch management, and performance monitoring
- Train end-users on new technologies and security best practices
- Assist with hardware refresh cycles and infrastructure deployments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer service mindset
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain during training
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client site visits
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and remote desktop tools
