Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine high-quality prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze user interaction data to continuously optimize conversational flows and user experience.
- Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into our core products.
- Evaluate and benchmark AI model performance against specific business metrics and success criteria.
- Document prompt engineering best practices and maintain a library of effective prompt templates.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and prompt engineering methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in crafting effective prompts for GPT-4, Claude, or similar LLMs.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with Python or JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into precise technical AI instructions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
