In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions, ensuring our business strategies are backed by robust analytical insights.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting trends and anomalies.
- SQL Analysis: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from relational databases efficiently.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods to analyze data trends and forecast future business scenarios.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a part-time or freelance capacity.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
