Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large data sets.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders and management.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data solutions.
- Database Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and optimizing our SQL databases and data pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying) and experience with Python or R.
- Tools: Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and data visualization software.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
