Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Troubleshoot network outages and implement proactive solutions
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on security protocols
- Support VoIP systems and wireless network optimization
- Manage cloud-based network services (AWS/Azure networking)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto devices
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
