Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/NPM and resolve outages
- Implement security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection
- Document network topologies, configurations, and procedures
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network issues
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
- Design and execute network upgrades and capacity planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in enterprise network administration
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent industry credentials
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Wireshark and network analyzers
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud networking environments
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
