Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including desktops, laptops, and printers
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Provide Tier 1 user support via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Assist with network administration tasks including VLAN management and firewall monitoring
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Customer service experience or technical support internship
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing systems
