Responsibilities
- Conduct Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, Python, and Excel to analyze complex datasets and identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize KPIs and present data to stakeholders.
- Data Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all reporting outputs.
- Business Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that drive strategic decision-making for the organization.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose technical solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Visualization Tools: Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Location Requirement: Must reside in the United States with a preference for candidates in Pennsylvania or Illinois.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations.
