Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate business hypotheses
- Create automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time insights
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data findings into actionable strategies
- Maintain data integrity across multiple sources and systems
- Present findings to leadership with clear, compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
