Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL and Python
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure clean, reliable data flow across systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Present findings to leadership with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Optimize data collection processes to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics a plus
