Responsibilities
- Perform Complex Data Analysis: Clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Generate Reports: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage Weekend Shifts: Lead data operations during weekends, ensuring all data pipelines are running smoothly and reporting deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the San Francisco and Florida offices to align data strategies with business goals.
- Data Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data for non-technical audiences.
- SQL & Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve data and ensure data quality and consistency across the platform.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strongly required), Python or R, and Excel.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Schedule: Must be available and willing to work a Weekend Shift (e.g., Saturday/Sunday).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data insights clearly.
