Responsibilities
- Weekend Operations Support: Lead data analysis and reporting initiatives during off-peak hours to support 24/7 business continuity.
- Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Data Cleaning & Modeling: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Automation: Develop Python or SQL scripts to automate routine reporting tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in DC and NY to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekend shifts and demonstrate flexibility in working hours.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and provide creative solutions.
