Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to support weekend operational decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Monitor data quality and integrity; implement automated validation protocols
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Support weekend shift data operations including real-time monitoring and incident response
- Document processes and maintain analytical workflows for weekend team continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and predictive analysis capabilities
- Experience working with weekend or non-standard shift schedules preferred
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical packages (SciPy)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
