Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define key performance indicators and success metrics
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize business strategies
- Maintain data integrity and implement quality control processes
- Present findings to non-technical teams through clear, compelling narratives
- Support data infrastructure improvements and automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to relocate to Portland, OR area (relocation assistance provided)
- Excellent communication skills with remote collaboration experience
