Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize business KPIs
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
- Present findings to C-suite executives using compelling data narratives
- Automate reporting workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Stay current with emerging analytics tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analytics experience with SQL mastery
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical modeling
- Proven experience building executive-level Tableau/Power BI dashboards
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Experience leading remote teams and cross-functional projects
- Strong business acumen with SaaS or fintech industry background
