Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate complex datasets to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Utilize SQL and Python to perform advanced data queries and statistical modeling.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for real-time monitoring.
- Analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate raw data into actionable business strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards during all analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and at least one programming language (Python or R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Must be available and willing to work a weekend shift schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Willingness to relocate to Albuquerque, Georgia with full relocation assistance provided.
