Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Integration: Collect, extract, and integrate complex datasets from various internal and external sources to support weekend operations.
- Statistical Modeling: Perform rigorous statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for weekend business cycles.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to present complex data in an accessible, visual format for leadership.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality and accuracy during off-hours, performing necessary cleaning and validation tasks.
- Collaboration: Partner with the product and engineering teams to optimize data workflows and ensure seamless handovers during shift changes.
- Documentation: Document analytical methodologies, data sources, and reporting logic to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying; experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail with the ability to spot errors and ensure high data integrity.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) on a rotating basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
