Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go/Python on AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architecture discussions
- Own full lifecycle of feature development from ideation to production deployment
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation initiatives
- Implement robust monitoring and observability solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues
- Strong background in testing frameworks and TDD practices
- Track record of shipping high-impact distributed systems
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
