Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy for our night shift reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of nightly operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, highlighting critical insights derived from the data.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Sales) to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Data Governance: Ensure all data handling complies with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Visualization: Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work a regular Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
