Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) for real-time business intelligence.
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify data gaps and implement solutions to improve data quality and reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
