Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Data Analyst to manage our data pipelines, perform complex statistical analyses, and create compelling visualizations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and deliver high-impact reports that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategy.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to present complex data clearly.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and executive summaries for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast future trends and support strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify data gaps and improve data quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or similar).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
