Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL Proficiency: Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets efficiently.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods and modeling techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve overall data workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive meaningful insights from raw data.
- Remote Work: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and the discipline to work independently in a remote setting.
