Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Assist in the creation of interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to understand data requirements.
- Document data pipelines and maintain data dictionaries.
- Support A/B testing experiments and analyze performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in data analysis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, or related field is a plus).
- No professional experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Basic understanding of SQL or willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
