Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Processing: Perform end-to-end data cleaning, integration, and transformation using SQL and Python to prepare datasets for analysis.
- Business Intelligence Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data trends for stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the night shift data streams.
- Database Management: Collaborate with the IT team to optimize database queries and ensure data integrity across all remote storage systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise business recommendations for non-technical management teams.
- Automation: Develop scripts and automated reports to streamline recurring data tasks and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably within a remote or night-shift environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM EST).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
