Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to deliver real-time performance metrics to operational teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track business objectives
- Ensure data integrity through quality checks and documentation of data sources/methodologies
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for data infrastructure and analytics processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel/Google Sheets
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
