Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular quality checks and cleaning of data pipelines.
- Create comprehensive reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Optimize data models to improve query performance and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a Night Shift environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required.
- Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView.
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Jacksonville, FL (Relocation assistance provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) as required.
