Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various sources and ensure data integrity.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and assist in strategic decision-making.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
