Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Processing: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries that drive decision-making processes for the management team.
- Database Management: Collaborate with IT teams to optimize database queries and improve data retrieval speeds.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality metrics and implement best practices to maintain high standards across all reporting.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the data analysis workflow to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and experience with Python or R.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail when handling sensitive data.
