Job Summary
As a Data Analyst at Apex Data Solutions, you will be responsible for gathering, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large complex data sets. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver reports that influence key decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and databases using SQL and Python.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate data into actionable insights.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, executive summaries, and presentations for management.
- Identify business opportunities and risks based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
