As a Data Analyst at Apex Data Solutions, you will play a critical role in our decision-making processes, working closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives through data-driven solutions. We value innovation, accuracy, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on business operations to identify growth opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders to support strategic planning.
- Stay updated on the latest data analytics tools and methodologies to continuously improve our data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar) is required.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
