Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for executive leadership
- Implement data quality protocols and maintain data integrity frameworks
- Support real-time analytics for our 24/7 operational centers
- Document data processes and develop automated reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift exposure preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis and business acumen
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Certifications in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft DA-100) a plus
