Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast business performance and support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Document data processes and create technical documentation for analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to Louisville, KY or New York, NY (Relocation Assistance provided).
