Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business growth.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets from various sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to understand data requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and inform decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) is required.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
