Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and meaningful insights.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to define data requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis to support business decisions and forecast future trends.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and repeatability.
- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues to ensure accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar quantitative role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is highly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
