Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Design and develop complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis and trend forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and business opportunities.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Expert knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Excellent communication skills to present data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to relocate to Raleigh, NC (Relocation package provided).
