Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver cohesive solutions
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate and optimize design solutions
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma (primary), Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Experience with user research methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-friendly interfaces
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
