Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex data findings effectively.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and executive summaries that translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Database Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular audits and maintaining database schemas.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current reporting processes and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Tools: Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
