Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code reliability and performance.
- Conduct code reviews to mentor junior developers and maintain code quality standards.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to improve system scalability and maintainability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
