Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Lead API development and integration with third-party financial systems
- Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS with CI/CD automation
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring
- Expertise in RESTful API design and cloud architectures (AWS/Azure)
- Strong grasp of database systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and caching strategies
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
