Responsibilities
- Perform Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop Dashboards: Create interactive visualizations and business intelligence dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct complex statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, translating technical findings into actionable business insights.
- Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries and manage databases to support data retrieval and reporting needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is required.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data warehousing concepts.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations effectively.
