Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive designs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to the team and leadership for feedback and approval.
- Optimize existing user interfaces for maximum usability and accessibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a full range of UX processes, from research to delivery.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
