Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to understand data needs and deliver accurate reports.
- Automate reporting processes using Python or SQL to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong visualization skills with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
